INTERIM ORDER OF TIlE BOARD
(by Mr. Zeitlin):
The Petition for Variance filed February 26, 1976 by Petitioner
World Color Press, Inc.,
Salem Gravure Division
(Salem),
is inadequate
for the following reasons:
1.
The Petition fails
to state the actual
period for which a Variance
is requested.
At a
minimum,
the Petition must show the date of commence-
ment of operations at the Salem plant.
2.
The Petition fails to show the ambient
air quality for the area which would be affected
by a grant of the Variance.
It
is the Order of the Board that Petitioner amend its Petition
within forty—five
(45)
days
of the date of this Order
to provide the
above described information.
Failure to timely file the amended
Petition shall cause the Petition to be dismissed for inadequacy
without prejudice.
The 90-day decision period set by statute shall
run from the filing of the Amended Petition.
