ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Zeitlin):

On October 20, 1975, Petitioner filed with the Board

a i~etionseeking rehearing on our July 10, 1975 Order

dismissing the above cause. Petitioner claimed that our

was contrary to the record, and that a copy of the

July 10, 1975 Order was never received.

Data accompanying Petitioner’s Motion indicate that

the

sub1ect facility now show compliance with the Board’s

standards; the request for Variance is therefore moot.

In addition, Petitioner~s motion is not timely. The

1~otion for Rehearing is denied.
