We

find

that

co-respondent

Kuper subjected herself to the jurisdiction of

Board

upon

appearance

of her attorney

and

that

service

of the post-hearing Amended Complaint,

intended

to

conform

the pleadines

to the proof, was consistent with

the

provisions

of

our

Procedural

Rules.

We

therefore

find

that

Judy

Williams Kuper

is

personally

liable,

as

manager

of

East

Lawn

Water

Company,

for

the

violations found in our

Opinion

of

September

4,

1975.

We

further

modify our Order

to require that Respondents

retain

a

certified

public

water

supply

facility

operator

within

120

days.
