purchased from Freeman United

Coal Mining Company on or about

March 20, 1975; and

3) All documents,

reports, studies, records and memoranda

which refer to, relate to, or record statements, written

or

oral made by any person regarding

or

relating

to activities of

any kind conducted by Respondent or its agents at the

facilities

referred to in (2) of that

Motion; and

4) A list of all

persons who are known to United Freeman

Coal Mining Company to

have knowledge of the events described

in the instant complaint~
