ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
This matter comes before the Board on a motion for extension of time filed by
respondents, Cardinal Industries, Inc. and Daniel E. Cardinal, Jr., on February 24, 1997.
Respondents seek additional time to file a motion to dismiss the complaint on grounds that the
complaint is duplicitous and frivolous. Complainant does not object to respondents’ request
for an extension of time. Accordingly, the Board hereby grants respondents an extension of
time up to and including March 17, 1997 to file a motion alleging that the complaint is
    duplicitous and frivolous.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the _____ day of ___________, 1997, by a vote of
    ______________.
