    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Goodman):
CPC International, Inc. seeks variance from the particulate
emission standard of Rule 203(g) (1) and compliance date of Rule
    203(1) (4) (Chapter 2) for a coal-fired steam generator at its Pekin,
Illinois corn wet milling plant. In the case of Commonwealth Edison
Company v. Pollution Control Board, the Illinois Supreme Court re-
versed and remanded the Board’s adoption of Rule 203(g) (1). Rule
203(i) (4) is meaningful only in conjunction with Rule 203(g). A
request for variance from the above—cited specific rules is, there-
fore, inappropriate at the present time. The petition for variance
    is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
