ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
This matter comes before the Board on a motion for extension of time filed by
complainant George Casanave on March 4, 1997. On February 6, 1997 the Board
granted complainant an extension of time to respond to the motion to dismiss filed by
Amoco Oil Company (Amoco) on January 21, 1997. At this time, complainant
requests additional time to respond to the motion to dismiss. Complainant states in its
motion that Amoco does not object to a further extension of time. Accordingly, the
Board hereby grants complainant an extension of time up to and including March 18,
1997 to respond to Amoco’s motion to dismiss.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby
certify that the above order was adopted on the _____ day of _______________, 1997,
    by a vote of _______________.
