    This matter comes before the Pollution Control Board

    1976, motion of Respondents Pogue and Young
    to dismiss or,
    in the alternative,
    for a bill of particulars.
    It
    is the Order of the Board that Respondents’
    motion for bill of
    particulars be granted to the extent that the Complainant
    is ordered
    to file and serve a copy of said bill of particulars upon the
    Respondents’ attorneys stating the dates and times of violations
    and occurrences alleged in the Complaint.
    The motion to dismiss is
    denied.
