    The Board’s principal Opinion and Order in this matter was
    entered on April

    1976.
    On April
    20, 1976 Petitioner Hyon filed
    a Petition for Reconsideration with regard to that Opinion and
    Order.
    Hyon’s Motion raises the question of whether its operations
    can be considered a
    ~‘pretreatmentworks” under the Board’s Regula-
    tions.
    This issue was raised previously by Hyon, and was disposed
    of summarily in our April
    8,
    1976 Opinion and Order,
    We decline to
    change our Opinion and must deny the Petition for Reconsideration.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
