    (Permit Appeal-RCRA)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
This matter is before the Board on a motion to substitute parties filed on February 6,
1997 by Primex Technologies, Inc., (Primex) f/k/a Olin Corporation (Olin). The motion
states that on December 31, 1996 Olin reorganized its Ordnance and Aerospace Divisions into
an independent, publicly traded corporation called Primex. The Marion, Illinois facility,
which is the subject of this permit appeal, was part of Olin’s former Ordnance Division that
    was reorganized to Primex.
The motion seeks to substitute Primex for Olin since the facility, which is the subject of
this appeal, is operated by Primex and all future permits associated with the facility will be
issued to Primex. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has reviewed this motion
and, in a status report, stated that it had no objection to this motion for substitution. The
Board grants the motion to substitute the parties in this matter. Accordingly, the caption of
this order has been amended to reflect the Board’s decision. All future pleadings shall set
    forth this amended caption.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the _____ day of ___________, 1997, by a vote of
    ______________.
