    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    On November 7, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until January 9, 2003,
    the time period within which Karco, Inc. may appeal a September 6, 2002 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    415 ILCS 5/40 (a)(1) (2002); 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency required modifications to the site classification work plan
    regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 411 East Walnut Street in Murphysboro,
    Jackson County. Because petitioner failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case
    and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
