    Order herein dismissing the complaint.
    The points raised

    the Complainant’s motion,

    a request that the Board
    recaption the ease to People ex rel.
    Jaffree v.
    Illinois Attorney
    General and that the Board reconsider pollution arising from
    “uncivil liberties,”
    are totally inappropriate to
    an action
    before us.
    The Motion
    is denied.
