Respondent Consolidated Freightways
filed a Motion to
Reopen Discovery with this Board
on December 20,
1976, which
in substance
is a Motion for
Reconsideration of our Order
entered on December
2, l976~
In so far as this Motion
concerns Michigan Chemical
Cornoration,
the Motion is denied.
However, since the names
of the
Stat&s witnesses were not
provided to Consolidated until
the
same date on which the
Hearing Officer entered an Order
halting further discovery,
the Board finds that Consolidated
would be unfairly prejudiced
if not allowed to engage in
further discovery in regards to
these witnesses,
and the
Board will allow an additional
21
days for this ~urpose,
I,
Christan L~Moffett, Clerk
