On November
22,
1976,
the Environmental Protection Agency
submitted
a
Request for Order
requesting
the Board to direct
the
Hearing Officer
in
the instant matter to require written answers
to certain interrogatories.
The Board finds that answers
to these
interrogatories
are
necessary in order for the Board to make an in-
formed decision on the proposal.
Pursuant to Procedural Rule 206(a)
(7)
,
the Board directs the Hearing Officer in this matter to require
proponents of R 75-8
to answer the interrogatories submitted by the
Agency on November 22,
1976.
Answers to these interrogatories shall
be served upon the Board as well as upon the Environmental Protection
Agency by January 14,
1977.
The Motion submitted by Petitioners on November 24,
1976, re-
questing that the Agency
be
required to produce its Area Source
Inventory
for Air Quality Maintenance Analysis Study,
if
Petitioners
are required to answer interrogatories,
is denied.
