in that the
record of the previous variance is not stipulated into this cause.
In addition, updated information is lacking
as
to whether the
housing
is still needed and to what extent; the full cost of the
project;
the type of buildings involved
(whether pre-fabricated
or constructed on—site);
the nature of commitments made
to the
construction; the effect upon the receiving stream of this variance
if allowed; and the exact timetable for the expansion of the
Fairfield sewage treatment plant.
The Petitioner
shall amend the Petition within 45 days from
the date of this Order to provide the information requested above.
Failure to timely file this information shall make the Petition
liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
The 90-day decision period set
by statute shall run from the date of filing the Z\mended Petition.
