    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Dr. Satchell):
    On December 23, 1976 the Environmental Protection Agency filed
    a motion to dismiss the petition for variance of the City of Vandalia
    as inadequate.
    The said petition is inadequate and will be dismissed
    unless within 45 days the deficiencies are corrected.
    The City of
    Vandalia may incorporate the record of PCB 76-25 with additional
    current information to provide an adequate petition for variance.
    The
    9O-~day
    decision period set by statute shall run from the date of
    such additional
    filing.
