ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
    April 8, 1976
    CAMPBELL
    SOUP
    COMPANY,
    Petitioner,
    v.
    )
    PCB 74—315
    ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY,
    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Zeitlin):
The Opinion and Order of the Board in this matter was entered
on December 4, 1975. On January 14, 1976, the Board granted, in
    part, a motion by Petitioner
    to
    amend certain language in that
    Opinion, to read,
“This effort will involve taking three of the
    end presses
    out
    of operation
    . . .‘
    (changed language
    emphasized).
At that time, the Board denied Petitioner’s motion to add yet
additional language. Petitioner’s assertion then that such language
would better represent the agreement of the parties in the case did
not include a showing that the Respondent Environmental Protection
Agency assented to the change. However, on February 6, 1976, Respondent
has itself moved the change originally asked by Petitioner.
Because the requested additional language acts to add further
requirements to Petitioner’s responsibility under the Stipulation,
we agree to the proposed amendment of our December 4, 1976, Opinion
and Order. The relevant portion, (Opinion at 4), shall now read,
“This effort will involve taking three of the
end presses out of operation for approximately eight
weeks, completely stripping the machine of its auxiliary
lines, installing new vibration isolaters, and applying
noise—reducing materials. This program should be
extended through May 21, 1976. If successful, this
program will be extended to the Company’s remaining
~3l4~ ~ütomatic end presses at the the Chicago plant
when those presses are talcen out of production for
    maintenance and re-fitting.” (Additional language
    emphasized.)
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
