    v.
    NORTH SHORE SANITARY DISTRICT,
    Respondent.
    INTERIM ORDER
    OF THE BOARD
    (by
    Mr.
    Zeitlin):
    This matter
    is
now before the Board on a Motion for Extension
    of
Time filed by Respondent North Shore Sanitary District on
    March 25,
    1976,
and an Objection to that Motion filed by Complainant
    City of Hihland
    Park
    on
    March
    29,
    1976.
    Both pleadings concern
required filings of reports under paragraph
    5 of the Board’s Order
    in
    this case, entered November
    6,
    1975.
    A previous extension of
time for such filing was granted to the City of Highland Park
    in an
    Interim Order entered February
    26,
    1976.
As is pointed out in Complainant City of Highland Park’s
Objection to the instant Motion, the issue of monitoring
    for odors
    is quite important.
    For that reason,
    we shall grant the requested
    extension through May
    1,
    1976,
for filing of the reports required
    under paragraph
    5 of the November
    6,
    1975 Order.
    Complainant City
of Highland Park, which has already filed
    its report, may amend or
supplement its report during that period.
    IT
    IS SO ORDERED.
    I, Christan
    L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
    Control Board,
    hereby certi y the above
    Interim Order was adopted
