ORDER OF THE BOARD (by K.M.Hennessey):
This matter is before the Board on a “Joint Motion to Change Caption” filed on
January 28, 1997 by the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, on behalf of the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency and the People of the State of Illinois, and Coalville Road
Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Coalville Road Landfill, f/k/a Streator Area Landfill #2. The motion
states that Coalville Road Landfill, the landfill which is the subject of the complaint filed on
March 22, 1996 by the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, is owned and operated by the
Coalville Road Enterprises, Inc., an Illinois corporation. Coalville Road Landfill was
formerly known as Streator Area Landfill #2, which was formerly owned by Streator Area
Landfill, Inc. an Illinois corporation. The motion further states that Coalville Road
Enterprises, Inc. has never been known as Streator Area Landfill, Inc., the latter being a
separate and still existing Illinois corporation.
The motion seeks to clarify that this proceeding does not involve Streator Area
Landfill, Inc. by deleting reference to that corporation in the caption of this matter and by
specifying in the caption that Coalville Road Enterprises, Inc. is doing business as Coalville
Road Landfill, which was formerly known as Streator Area Landfill #2.
The Board grants the motion to so amend the caption. The caption of this order has
been changed to reflect the Board’s decision herein. All future pleadings shall set forth this
    amended caption.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.

    2
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the _____ day of ___________, 1997, by a vote of
    ______________.
