    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Zeitlin):
    Petitioner’s Motion for Stay, filed December 10, 1976, is
    granted. Pursuant to said Motion, Petitioner shall be allowed
    a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of this Order to file
    such Response to the Environmental Protection Agency’s Recommendation
    as may be appropriate.
