(by Dr. Satchell):

In a motion filed December

1,

1976 the Henderson County

Board has requested the time allowed for the closing of

Ronald E. Carison’s solid waste management site be extended

because of the County’s urgent need.

Mr. Carison’s waste

management site as investigated by the Agency and presented

at the hearing

is clearly not suitable for such an operation.

Henderson County is not a proper party before the Board~how-

ever, because

of the need for this site the Pollution Control

Board will allow a sixty

day extension of the time allowed

to close the present Carison site.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
