change
in
the
original
Opinion
in
this
case
issued
January
22,
1976.
The
slight
change
in
the
compliance
plan
pro-
posed by Allied in no way affects the final outcome of the Board
Order of January 22,
1976 and therefore the Board finds no purpose
to be served in amending the Opinion.
Should Allied experience difficulty with the Illinois Environ-
mental
Protection
Agency
(Agency)
concerning this matter they can
bring
the
matter before the
Board
for
resolution
at
that
time.
The
Motion
for
Reconsideration
of
the
Board
Order

denied.
