Petition filed November 15,
1975
is inadequate in that the
effects of the proposed variance upon the receiving stream are not
delineated nor are the costs
to attain the standard.
Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 45 days from the
date of this Order to provide the required information.
The 90-day
decision period set by statute shall run from the date of filing the
Amended Petition.
Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall
render the Petition liable
to dismissal for inadequacy.
