is inadequate in that the
record in the immediate prior variance, PCB 75—148, has not been
stipulated into this proceeding.
Petitioner shall stipulate the prior proceeding
into the
instant case within 30 days of the date of this Order.
A waiver
of the 90-day decision period set by statute shall also he made
with the decision period to run from the date of filing the
~mended
Petition.
Failure to timely file the stipulation shall
render the Petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
