    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On February 5, 1997 Saline County Landfill filed a motion to withdraw its permit
    appeal on the grounds that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency issued a modified
    permit on December 31, 1996 fully resolving the contested issues in this permit appeal. The
    motion is hereby granted, and this docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
