    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Goodman):
    On September
    2,
    1976,
    the North Shore Sanitary District
    (NSSD)
    submitted
    a Petition for Variance.
    MSSD seeks
    an extension of
    a
    variance previously granted by the Board.
    However, NSSD does not
    include
    in its petition a statement incorporating its prior variance
    petitions.
    Without the information submitted in the prior variance
    petitions,
    the present petition is inadequate.
    Petitioner shall amend its petition within
    45 days of the date
    of this Order
    to
    either incorporate the prior variance petitions or
    provide
    the Board with the information required by Rule 401 of the
    Board’s Procedural Rules
    Failure to timely file the Amended Peti-
    tion shall subject the Petition to dismissal for inadequacy.
    The
    90—day decision period set by statute shall run from the date of
    the
    filtnq

    the
    Amended
    Pet
