Environmental

Agency

1976,

and a memorandum

suggesting dismissal of

the

Complaint was

filed on the same

date by the Village of Winnetka.

The Board

finds that several

of the allegations of the Complaint are duplicitous of the matter

now

before

the Board in WIPE

v.

The Village of Winnetka

(PCB

75-363).

The balance of the allegations are so generalized as

to be frivolous.

The

Complaint is dismissed.
