The Board finds the Petition inadequate and finds the following in-

Water Board;

a statement of the precise section of the Act or

Regulations from which variance

is sought including a

statement as to how such variance would provide Petitioners

is sought for both

the completed 36-flat building and the proposed construction;

is sought for the proposed construction,

to when construction will be completed and a

variance

is denied.

Petitioner

shall amend its Petition within

35 days of the date

of this Order

to provide the requested information.

The 90-day period

set by statute

shall commence with the filing of the Amended Petition.

Failure

to timely file said Amended Petition shall subject this

Petition to dismissal for inadequacy.
