    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD

    Inasmuch as the instant Variance case remains pending,
    Petitioner Monsanto’s Amendment to Motion for Stay or In the
    Alternative Petition for Variance,
    filed August 13, 1976,
    shall
    be considered with the Board’s final determination in this case
    as
    a part thereof.
    The new case number given said Amendment shall
    be stricken and the entire matter shall proceed to hearing pursuant
    to our Interim Order of October
    30,
    1975.
