    In

    Motion
    Respondent
    requests
    the Board to modify its October

    1975 Opinion and Order herein
    so as to relieve Respondent of the duty of making a certain decision
    on or before November 1,
    1976.
    Due to the constraints of the Public Notice portion of the
    Board’s variance procedure, particularly with regard to public
    water supply and sewer variances, the Board will not modify the

    Instead we will construe the Motion
    of July 22,
    1976 as
    a Petition for Variance from the Board Order in
    PCB 74—85 and PCB 74—194 and will assign the matter a new number.
