    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Dr. Satchell):
    Petitioner filed a petition on August 2, 1976 requesting
    variance from a sewer restriction ban. On August 5, 1976 the
    Pollution Control Board (Board) issued an order requesting
    information conce. ~g the effect the granting of the variance
    would have on the r&~eivingstream. On August 9, 1976
    Petitioner filed more information; however, information on
    the stream condition was not included. The Environmental
    Protection Agency filed on October 26, 1976 a Motion to Dis-
    miss the variance petition on grounds of inadequacy. Because
    Petitioner has not piovided the necessary information the
    Board grants the motion and dismisses the variance petition,
    PCB 76-204, without prejudice.
