    On May 18, 1977 Respondent filed a Motion for Modification
    of Order. On May 27, 1977 the Environmental Protection Agency
    filed a Motion to
    Strike on the basis that the Agency had never
    been served with Respondent’s motion as provided by Board
    Procedural Rules 305(b) and 308(a).
    The Agency’s Motion to Strike
    Respondent’s Motion to Modify is granted.
