    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On

    1977, Respondent filed a Motion for Reconsideration
    of the Board~sdecision to
    take the Motion to Dismiss with
    the case.
    Respondent alleges that decision by the Board in this matter~is due
    on May 23,
    1977,
    and that sufficient time does not remain to hold
    the hearing ordered herein.
    However,
    as noted in Respondent’s
    Response to this Motion, Respondent has filed an unlimited waiver of
    its right to
    a decision within 90 days of filing
    of the Petition.
    The Board hereby adheres to its April
    28 Order herein and denies the
    Motion for Reconsideration.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
