ronmental Protection Act and Procedural Rules 404 and 407 require
that a hearing be held.
The 21-day period for the filing of formal
objections must be measured from the filing of Petitioner’s Amended
Petition on November 24, 1977.
Petitioner’s Motion cannot be acted
upon favorably until all objectors have filed written concurrence
in that Motion,
such concurrence to be filed within 30 days of the
date of this Order.
