    On April 22, 1977 the Agency filed a Motion to Stay the instant
    permit appeal pending the disposition of enforcement case PCB 75—112.
    The District filed a Reply to the Agency’s Motion which included a
    waiver of the 90-day rule.
    The Motion to Stay is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
