    Respondent City of Macornb filed a Request
    for Additional Time for Compliance,
    requesting modification of the
    Board’s January
    6,
    1977 Order herein.
    Because the time for filing
    a motion for modification has long expired,
    the Request
    is denied.
    The City may,
    of course submit a Petition for Variance from the
    Board’s Order in order to obtain the relief requested.
    The Request
    filed herein does not satisfy the requirements for a Variance
    Petition.
