    without prejudice for failure to request or waive a hearing.
    On June 13,
    1977 Petitioner filed a statement in which it
    waived its right to a hearing.
    On its own motion,
    the Board hereby reopens this matter
    and will consider the original variance petition and supplemental
    statement as Petitioner’s request for a variance.
    The ninety day
    decision period shall run from today’s date.
