    a petition for variance.

    mitted an Application for Nondisclosure of certain exhibits to the
    variance petition, specifically Exhibit F, pp.Fl-F14; Exhibit N,
    pp.Nl-N16; and Exhibit Y, pp.Yl-Y2.
    The Board hereby grants Peti-
    tioner’s application and orders that these materials be stamped “Not
    Subject to Disclosure.”
