    (by Mr. Dumelle);
    On February 3,
    1977 the Board denied the variance requested
    by the Petitioner,
    Subsequently this case was appealled to the
    Second District Appellate Court.
    On August
    3,
    1977 the Appellate
    Court granted the Board’s motion for a remand so that a hearing
    could be held.
    This matter shall be set for hearing within
    21 days and a
    hearing held within 60 days.
    The
    90 day decision period shall
    run from today’s date.
