    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    On December 19, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Main Station (Main) may appeal a November 12, 2002 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified the corrective
    action plan regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 401 West Main in Staunton,
    Macoupin County. The Board extends the appeal period until March 17, 2003, as the parties
    request.

    Adm. Code 105.406. If Main fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss
