    Petition for Variance filed June 24,

    is inadequate
    in that no request for or waiver of hearing pursuant to Rule 401(b)
    of the Procedural Rules has been made.
    Petitioner shall file an~ Amended Petition with the Board
    and Agency within 30 days of the date of this Order expressing
    its preference under Rule 401(b).
    Failure to timely file
    the
    Amended Petition shall render the Petition liable to
    dismissal for inadequacy.
    The 90—day decision period set by
    statute shall run from the date of filing the Amended Petition.
