ORDER OF
THE
BOARD
(by Mr. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board on a supplemented motion
for reconsideration of
the amount of the penalty in this case.
Since the Board originally decided
this case, Respondent has
embarked on a thorough compliance program to abate the odors
from its plant.
Because of
these efforts and the financial
condition of Respondent’s enterprise,
the Board finds that the
penalty in this case should be reduced
to $7,500.00.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
