ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr. Dumelle):
On December 15,
1977 Petitioner requested
a variance from
two Agency Orders.
The petition is inadequate
in several re-
spects.
First,
it does not state which of the Board’s rules
are causing an arbitrary or unreasonable hardship.
Second,
it does not assess the environmental impact of the requested
relief as required by Procedural Rule 401(a) (7)
.
Third,
it
does not specifically request or waive a hearing as required
by Procedural Rule 401(b).
Finally,
it does not contain a
concise factual statement of the reasons Petitioner will suffer
hardship as required by Rule 401(c).
Consequently this matter
is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
IT
