    The Board received a letter

    Barnes for Paragon Lake
    Estates requesting reconsideration of the petition which
    is
    construed
    as a Motion for Reconsideration under our Procedural
    Rules.
    The Board will not reconsider the petition on the
    basis
    of
    the pleadings now before us; Paragon Lake Estates,
    Inc.
    should file a new and complete petition in accordance with
    the requirements for a petition for variance as set forth
    in Rule 401(a)
    and
    (b)
    of the Board~sProcedural Rules.
    The Motion for Reconsideration
    is denied.
