    filed a Motion to Reconsider and Renewed Motion to Consolidate the
    variance case docketed PCB 77-178.
    Koppers
    included in its Motion
    a waiver of the statutory 90-day decision period for variances.
    The
    Board hereby grants Koppers’ Motion and orders that PCB 77-178
    and PCB 77-281 be consolidated.
    A hearing shall be held herein at
    which
    testimony on both of these matters may be presented.
