ORDER OF THt BOARD
(by Mr. Young):
This matter is
before
the Board on the petition filed
by the Sanitary District of Elgin seeking an extension of
a variance which provides relief from the requirements of
Rule 602(d)(3).
The Board believes that its action in
(R75—15),
23 PCB 663
(Sept.
30,
1976) has rendered this
request moot,
and it is hereby dismissed.
In the event
that the District has knowledge of specific facts proving
otherwise,
the District may refile a petition setting forth
those facts and detailing why the amendments
to the regula-
tions are insufficient to meet its purposes.
