administer the NPDES program in Illinois to

1977 pursuant to Rule 916 of Chapter

3:

Water Pollution of the

Board’s Rules and Regulations.

This action makes Subpart A of

Part IX and Rules 410(a),

410(b),

501(c),

and 704 of Chapter

3

effective as of October 24, 1977.

Procedural Rules

502(b)

and 503(b)

shall govern future

Board proceedings concerning NPDES permit appeals and review.
