ORDER
OF
THE
BOARD
(by Mr. Young):
On September
3fl,
1977, Complainant filed a Motion to
Remand to Hearing Officer which was answered by the Respondent
on October 11,
1977.
A hearing must be held in this matter
either to receive relevant evidence or for the parties to
enter a stipulation and proposed settlement agreement into
the record;
in view of the fact that over a year has elapsed
since the Complaint was filed, the Board finds no reason for
further delay. The Hearing Officer is directed to set a date
within 21 days of this Order for hearings
to commence within
60 days.
IT
IS SO ORDERED.
