ORDER OF THE BOARD

On September 27,

1977,

Respondent John Tarkowski filed a Motion

to Reconsider Complaint and Vacate Order of November

10,

1976 and

September 15,

1977.

The above—captioned matter, PCB 76—6,

is the

matter in which we entered an Order on November

10,

1976.

We will,

therefore, herein address the Motion to reconsider and vacate that

Order.

We have entered another Order today,

addressing the Motion

to Reconsider and Vacate our Order of September 15,

1977, which is

captioned PCB 77-219.

The Motion filed by Mr. Tarkowski raises no new issues which

would convince the Board to vacate its Order of November 10,

1976.

Moreover, because Mr. Tarkowski has appealed our Order

to the

Illinois Appellate Court, Second District, the matter is no longer

within our jurisdiction but is within the jurisdiction of the

Appellate Court.

The Motion is,

therefore, dismissed.
