    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by Mr. Dumelle):
    On February 24, 1978 Petitioner requested that a hearing
    be held pursuant to Rule 203(i) (5) of Chapter 3: Water
    Pollution of the Board’s Rules and Regulations concerning
    the thermal discharge from Petitioner’s electric generating
    facilities on Lake Springfield. Petitioner has also re-
    quested that this hearing be held concurrently with the
    Rule 203(i) (10) hearings to be held in PCB 78-23. The
    request that a 203(i) (5) hearing be held and the request
    that the proceedings be heard concurrently are hereby
    granted.
